WORK FOR THE FUTURE “No Borders, No Boundaries” MIDORI.so is a place that explores the possibilities of future ways of working and, at the same time, builds a community of peers who will serve as an important foundation of support in a society that respects the individual (precisely because it is such a society). We aim to create a space where members from various occupations, nationalities, hobbies, and perspectives can gather and collectively enjoy the “something” that emerges from the resulting chaos together.
We are an independent think-tank that explores the future from diverse perspectives. Our mission is to create a better future by examining ideas from multiple angles and turning them into reality, starting with a clear vision.
MIDORI.so is positioned as one of our projects—a space to experiment with and demonstrate the future of work.

A Community Organizer (CO) acts as a bridge between the diverse members at MIDORI.so, helping them connect and build meaningful relationships, while also creating an environment where everyone can work comfortably.
COs are available on-site at each location on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If you ever have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out at any time.

Work freely while moving among locations. Members may work at locations other than their primary registered site. All locations (Nakameguro, Nagatacho, Bakuroyokoyama, Shibuya, Aoyama, Ikejiri, Kichijoji) are available on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00.
Return used items to their original place. Clean them if they become dirty.
Each person is responsible for locking private rooms and booths. The last person to leave a floor must close the floor entrance door securely.
The last person to leave a floor should turn off the air conditioning and lights.
