Pattern 1: Request an On-Site Check (Urgent)

When the network is unstable, it is best for us to check the network environment and your PC directly on-site. If you need immediate assistance, please contact the Infrastructure Dept. directly via Slack to have us come over.

Pattern 2: Report Information Only

If you are in an online meeting or cannot step away, please send us the following information as soon as possible:

🍏 For Mac Users

  1. Open the Apple menu () in the top-left corner and select System Settings.
  2. Click Wi-Fi in the sidebar.
  3. Click the Details... button next to the Wi-Fi network you are connected to.
  4. Click Hardware in the left menu of the pop-up window.
  5. Your MAC address will be displayed next to MAC Address (Format: 00:00:00:00:00:00).

🪟 Windows Users

  1. Press the Windows Key on your keyboard, type cmd, and press Enter to open the Command Prompt.
  2. Type the following command and press Enter: getmac
  3. Your MAC address will be displayed under Physical Address (Format: 00-00-00-00-00-00). </aside>
